Being on a perpetual 12 hour day, (Approximately 6AM - 6PM) what is there to do when the sun goes down?

How are mundane everyday life issues handled such as garbage removal? Where is the garbage taken; a landfill or just dumped in the ocean or in the jungle?

Are there any blackouts from inconsistent electricity service?

Is the water to the faucet in your home drinkable or does it have to be delivered in large bottles?

What is the quality of workmanship when having a home built?
