Humidity in Salinas or Santa Elena

Hello all! I'm having trouble finding out specific info regarding a few things in Salinas/Santa Elena areas. 1. What are the humidity levels like in these places? Are they comparable to Manta or more sticky like Guayquil?
2. Are there updated medical facilities in either area or do you have to go into Guayquil for good medical care?
Any special details anyone can share to help would be appreciated! I need mostly dry/arid due to health reasons, definitely want to be Coastal though. We have a short list of our possible final destination when we move at the end of this year,.. I want to keep these 2 areas on the list but am having hard time finding out some specifics.. thanks in advance !
