I used to live in Colombia. I bought a car there and it was fairly cheap.

If I drove to Ecuador with the car, can I transfer the plates to Ecuadorian? Is there a transfer fee instead of an import fee?

Or can I leave the car registered in Colombia and just drive it in Ecuador?
