How to know if a hospital is free

How do I find a list of all the free, State-run hospitals in a given city in Ecuador?

After a quick search on Google Maps for "hospital", it's very unclear to me which of the hospitals are private, for-profit hospitals and which are public, State-run hospitals with free care.

I assume that all the ones marked "Centro de Salud" are free hospitals. But is this the only indicator? Are there any free hospitals that are not named "Centro de Salud" -- and how do I know just by doing a search on Google Maps which are which?

How can I identify which hospitals are free and which are not from an Internet search?
