Mountain Cities

I have visited Quito, Cotacachi, Otavalo, Banos, Cuenca and now Loja. I will soon travel to Vilcabamba. I liked every city/town that I listed above.

Cuenca is an absolute gem of a city. At this moment, Cuenca would be my first choice. Are there any other towns/cities that I should visit ? I want to live in the mountains and never ever depend upon an air conditioner or heater!
