IKA health coverage

Am contemplating moving back to Greece, where I am a citizen. I am 73 and on Medicare but do not have enough work credits in Greece to earn IKA. My husband, a U.S. citizen also on Medicare, would move also. I want to know if I and my husband are eligible for IKA health insurance. I've heard there is an arrangement with the U.S. wherein Greeks repatriating who are on Medicare are eligible for IKA? Any help would be much appreciated. Vicky
