Taxes

I am a permanent resident of Honduras, living and working here for 3 years. I recently found out I am supposed to be filing US taxes even though I have not earned any income in the US. I seriously doubt I make enough to actually pay taxes, but I would like to have my papers in order. Does anyone know a good tax person to help me handle this? Thanks.
