plan to retire to mexico in 6 years. want to go each year until then to find the perfect place. my choices are PV and a few others. need tropical warm climate. QUESTION: i have only one week a year to travel. should i stay in the typical tourist hotels or is there a better way to search? not fluent spanish yet but will be before i move. income about $2000 month. THX.
