Hoping to Move to mexico

hello everyone,

I am hoping to move to Mexico after I finish my Masters in HUman Resources this December and was wanting to know what a person in Human Resources currently gets compensated. I hear that mexico city is quiet expensive and I need to know how expensive it is to live there. How can I obtain a work permit and how hard is it to get one.
