I'm New here in the PV area & Living in Bucerias. I'm living off of a Sm. VA & SS Income. I'm safe & happy Where I'm at BUT it's a Little Expensive. I'm 65 & not Driving these Crazy Highways. Where Would or Should a New-be go to find a Selection of Rentals in this area ?? It's the Season here now, But when it's over I'll be Seriously Looking !! THANKs

When the high season is over, you should start walking the neighborhoods that interest you. If you do not yet know of them, it might be wise to hire a guide to give your a tour of likely areas first. Then, when you walk those areas, be sure to look for 'se renta' signs in windows, talk to every tienda clerk and people on the street. Strike up conversations and ask, ask, ask. You will find places that aren't advertised and prices that you will be happy with. Enjoy!

¡Claro que si! Estara mejor hablando el expañol en la calle, pero hay muchos personas en PV que entienden el ingles.
¡Suerte!

Signs inside windows are generally considered a sophisticated rental marketing strategy in many countries south of the border. They say stuff like Se Renta, Se Aquila, Disponible, and sometimes they are in upper floor windows.
