Current Naturalization Timeframe

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to find out from anyone whos been through the naturalization process recently how long they had to wait before recieving their carta de naturalizacion.

I entered my application on September 28th 2022 at the Mexico city office (The only office processing naturalizations at the time), Around 3 months later the tracking updated to:

"Opinión emitida por el Instituto Nacional de Migración"

Since then there has been no change, They told me the average processing time was 6 months but I'm now approching the 9th month with no news.

Its kind of strange that the tracking only states that an opinion from INM was emitted but doesn't allude to whether it was favorable or not?
