Condo

We recently took possession of our condo. We are wondering if we should run our mini splits when we are not using our condo? I am worried about mold growing on the furniture if it gets too hot in there.

We currently do not have a property management company coming into our condo. Do we need one if we are not away more than a month or two?
Our condo building has a guard shack and a good HOA.

Where do we go to buy things such as area rugs, decor, coffee mugs, glasses? We have seen the Costco and Walmart. Are there decor stores that are reasonably priced? We also need balcony chairs … any recommendations?
