Internet server error???

I have always used Google Chrome for my searches. About 10 days ago I get a message telling me ""A server error has occurred and they are working on it"" It will let me open the site but when I click on a specific blog I get the message. I tried off and on with same results. Later I found I could open it on my phone or laptop using any different engine than Chrome. My friend tells me there is probably an update and security settings have changed.....I can use different engines to read Expat but does anyone know what changes I need to make to use it as before. The reason I ask here is because I am probably not the only person that has noticed this. Help if you can. Thanks
