I will be in Saltillo these 8 days. It is my second time to visit Saltillo and will my 4th visit to the greater Monterrey area. Where is the most economical housing and apartments?I am a school teacher and will maintain a home in Texas. I am not looking for a nice area per se, just simple cheap part of old Mexico.
