I am looking for a gated community with ocean views (it doesn't need to be on the beach- within a short drive-views are a must). 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. modern. washer/dryer. attached 1 car garage. $1,500 max. Less than 1hr to the border. Proximity to downtown, shops, restaurants, etc.
