La paz

I recently bought some land outside of La Paz, Baja Mexico. I'd like to build something simple to stay in when I visit from the USA. I want it to be simple but comfortable without much upkeep. Maybe 2 bedroom and a bath.

Simple exterior that I don't need to worry about in my absence.
Property is in a small community about a half a mile from the bay.


I'm looking for suggestions and also on how to accomplish this.
I currently live in San Francisco California.
