My wife and I are expécting to move to Huatulco, and commute from to Salina Cruz, both in Oaxaca. We have Mexican friends that settled in Huatulco 30 years ago, that are American citizens born to Mexican parents, as well as I, and consider myself and them as extended EXPATS. I´m 71 years young and am a lawyer, from a Mexico City private university and cater to the U.S. and foreign industrial community in Juárez, right across El Paso, and would like to buy a small tract of land with guava, guanabana, papaya, chirimoya and other fruit trees that are abundant and my wife and I expect semi-retiring in the 9 bay, beautiful area, with abundant Oaxacan culture.
