Daughter moving

Hi--new to the forum and new to expat issues. My daughter is determined to move to Norway with long time boyfriend who is a citizen and currently lives there. She does not have a job nor does she speak the language. What should I tell her about the experience of moving abroad? I don't think she has thought this through. We are US citizens. thanks--from a worried mom
