Moving out

Im a 27 year old living in the UK. I am an Electrician and I really want a break from the UK. I have travelled quite abit, and I am interested in starting a new life in Philippines.
I would like to know how hard, it is to get started to get a job as well as immigration to allow me to work. Failing that, is it hard to start up a business there?

I dont have a fortune but i have a few thousand pounds and really want to continue my lfie in another country. Any help would be appreciated.
