i need help

hi all,
i need some advice. when my father was in the navy he had a child in the philippines. after he was relocated he never heard/saw my brother again. Now i am desprately tryin to find a way to find my older brother. my father is getting older with more and more problems and i would love for him to see his son again. if anyone has any advice or knows any way that i can get any imformation i would gladly appreciate it. Thank you.
