I have a continuing problem with getting mail to reach my in-laws. I am down about 8 letters now, and the only thing I haven't done is certified or FEDEX, costly for normal family mail. There is a forum on the gov.ph website and one of the topics is lost or stolen mail. Most of the conversation is in Tagalog, but enough English gets thru to point nasty fingers at Customs. Anybody want to touch this topic?
