Returned from PI

Bought the house. A lot of trips to the the land office in Iba to secure the title and other paperwork. The house is nice, and located between Subic City and Barrio Barretto in Calapacuan, Subic, Zambales. 3 M pesos. Cable, electric, water, etc.. DSL when I move there permanently.

I'm still figuring out how to get my TRV and PRV. I'm a balikbayan so I'm in no hurry.

The wife will be sworn in as a dual citizen next week, and we're buying 2,400 sq meters in Cawag, Subic, Zambales for 1.2 M in June.

Be there permanently in 2006 or 2007.
