Just returned

Got back a couple of weeks ago from buying our house in Subic, Zambales. 3M pesos for a 3BR, 2BR with a nice size kitchen and living room. Corner lot, gated (of course), 2 mango trees, a couple of cocnut trees, patio, etc. Pretty sweet for the price.

The paperwork was a nitemare, but we now have the title, tax declaration, etc, etc Many payoffs to expidite it. All in all it took about 6-7 weeks to get it all done.

I've gotta go. Talk more if anyone is interested in buying a home/property in the PI.
