Will need to rent in Cebu and maybe find a vehicle when I move in October 2024

I will be looking for a place to rent in Cebu City to start with until I can find a place I like to lease. My budget is $500 or less if you have a nice unit for rent. I will otherwise rent via Airbnb.

Do I need a car? I am wondering. Maybe not immediately. Would be nice to find one an expat is selling when they move out of the area.

I will be looking to be active in the community and would love to meet people and find ways to connect. The best to everyone,
