Financial Planner/Mgr Recommendation

Hi, can anyone refer or recommend a financial planner/manager in Ph to help plan & manage cash & real estate assets for health, college and retirement ideally in Iloilo area but anyone in Ph will work as well. The FPs I've found so far focus primarily on selling life insurance and annuities. Thanks in advance.
