Dental Root Canal and Implant

I have a tooth that had a root canal when I was a teen. Now, 25 years later, needs another. All the prissy dentists near me say the current crown and post don't meet modern standards (and that the crown is cracked and there is too much bone loss). They want full extraction, bone graft, root canal, implant, and crown. $5K at least.
My only experience with dental in PH was an 800 peso cleaning. She ran a drill bit between the teeth, never on the gum line. Nothing else, whatsoever! She had an assistant whose only job was holding a vacuum hose that didn't suck anything. The dentist yelled at her the whole time. She did about 30% of my mouth in 10 minutes, then told me to get out because my time was up! :( So I'm pretty jaded.

I was planning on a Baguio vacation in a couple years, but if I could get all that done in PH for a fraction of the cost, I would consider it this summer. Am I dreaming that all that could be done in 4 weeks, in Baguio, and at equivalent quality to US? Anyone had root canal or implant done in PH?
