Tankless water heaters installed in the shower. I’m not comfortable using the heater in the shower although I have no evidence of electrical malfunctions. 1 Reddit poster goes so far as to say he is not aware of any accidents in the entire country so it may be said, nature is kind to the Philippines system. Still I’m curious as to any comments has anyone made a hard analysis and come to any conclusions how a 2 wire power system functions safely. A solid ground for GFI is ideal but how would I find out if a solid earth ground is present in the house? If there is no GFCI in the 2 wire water heater , then safety is just a matter of chance, right?
