Coming to Qatar

I may be coming soon to Qatar (married status) and would like to know if anyone out there has information concerning elementary school teachers for our military there. My wife is a Kindergarten teacher who would consider teaching while I am in Qatar, but she would like for it to fall under U.S. code 23 so it would help her retirement. She would consider other private schools also.
