I have a 16 years experience in banking (trade finance services), and been offered a banking supervisor positioon for 25,000 qar monthly salary. I am Lebanese and have two kids (not yet entered school), I am scheduled to go for a meeting 15th instant to discuss the package (salary and the accompanied benefits). Is this salary good and enough and what are the essential benefits that i should ask to add to this salary?
