Help! Italian expat

Hi all!
I need your help to decide an offert i'm getting from a bank in doha. 20k qar+ bonus + relocate +health coverage, but without any allowance (flat or car). I have 5yr experience and i would be alone. What do you think? what salary or package i should fairly ask?
