I am an Egyptian citizen who plans to work in Sweden by next year; hopefully.
I have a bachelor degree from the Egyptian Academy of Fine Arts, Interior design section. Since Egypt is a developing country and have limited labor regulations. Egyptian people usually start their career according to labor market demands, they can work at fields not necessarily relative to their study. back then the IT field was very open and the interior design jobs was very slim, I worked as a self-taught Flash designer/developer, I created interactive media, web animations and web/mobile applications for 10 years now.
although I am highly skilled in my profession, and have experience. my graduate credentials are irrelative to my career.
My question is:
Would employers find this a reason to ignore my CV?
And What are the Swedish laws and regulations regarding this issue?
if it is a must that I attain a relative degree to be accepted for job offers, what would that degree be? any recommendations please?
Will certificates and on
