MWeqa guardian rental

Has any of you ever used this Mweqa guardian rentals company? website is http://mweqarentals.com
they ask for deposit of money upfront to receive the keys of the apartment for inspection... should I trust this? has anyone used this before?

Any info would be extremely helpful.. Kind regards,

Beware of scammers, housing is scarce in Sweden and you should not pay before you see the apartment and sign a contract.
