Centraly located house to share

Looking for a professional person, academic or post-graduate student to share my house and take care of it during my long absences.
Furnished, Sat TV, internet, garden, dogs and cats.
Will discuss a reasonable rent with the correct person but will be in the order of $300-400 per month all inclusive. Correct person will ideally be multi lingual, from Africa or familiar with Africa, active and and looking for a quiet but socially active lifestyle in a comfortable house.
