In Kamwokya within walking distance from Kisemente. The house is beautiful -- less than a year old, in private compound with own askaris, nice big yard with vegetable garden. Room is fully furnished with its own bathroom. You will have two female roommates in their mid/late 20s.
Rent is $450 plus approx. $125 in utilities including housekeeper and guards.
