Moving to the UK-Job Market?

Hi All,
I am and have been planning on moving to the UK prior to covid & would still like to do so by the end of 2021.
I live the the USA and would be moving to Reading or Cardiff. My current only option is finding a job that will sponsor me so I can stay. Does anyone know which companies are most likely to do sponsorships? Also would you suggest using an immigration lawyer to help?
Unfortunately I don’t have one of the in demand skills for most of the jobs I’m seeing listed on the home office website.
