Rhyne Park Village versus Rural Property

I have viewed a lovely property to buy in Rhyne Park Village, outside Montego Bay, but not sure about the area. My budget doesn't stretch to Ironshore. Also, I have viewed a lovely older type house with an acre of land in Westmoreland, where I have family. I like both properties for different reasons.

Feel a bit stuck, becuase my budget is dictating my choices. I welcome any advice or issues I should consider?
