what to keep or sell

Hello,

If we move to Uruguay what should we keep and take with us and what should we just buy? We read somewhere that electrical appliances and electronics as well as textiles such as good shoes, clothing and linens should be brought over. Does this apply to furniture, mattresses and so forth? Sadly, we did not find any information on what we should just sell and save the fuss and bother of packing.
