Dearest Fellow Travail-er,
Firstly, it is my "make-a-wish" to opt-out of the Medicare/Medicaid system, altogether, so that I may be spared the constant burden of premium payments which the State of ALASKA is loathe to "pick-up" for me ever again since I cannot reside 6-months at my TAZLINA SW homestead and 6-months someplace in South America (i.e. Venezuela), too, expecting subsidized health-care/welfare coverage.
Plus, because I am a permanently disabled U.S. veteran who's receiving SSDI, I believe that PLANs A & B, at least in my case, are slick government scams to RECOUP some of the so-called "taxpayers' money" when I could just as well visit a VA medical center.

Additionally, If I could acquire dual-residency or dual-citizenship in a country like Panama, I'd do her in a heartbeat! -WSD Binns
