Can anyone provide any information of the movement of real estate values in Venezuela during 2018 and this period of hyper-inflation? With a black market rate of 3,000,000 to the US dollar I see real estate values listed at say 500,000,000 Bs which would only be $167 which makes no sense. Is real estate there being sold only in foreign currencies? Any insight on the current market would be appreciated.
