I am very interested in a house in Borrowdale, Alex park or that general area. 4 bedroomed with servant's quarters. Rental budgest 800-1000. My current property is being sold by landlord. Unfortunately it is out of our budget but we have been good tenants and living in the property for the past 4years drama free. The house. We are a family of 3.
