How to meet expats in Boquete

I am looking forward to coming to Boquete in May and hope to meet lots of expats and make friends. I love back-to-nature experiences, hispanic people & their culture, and speaking Spanish, so Panama seems like a great place to retire! So far, I have found out about the Tuesday Market, Bingo Nights for ACCBoquete, and jam sessions at Boquete Brewing Company. I am wondering how to meet up with the Newcomers group? Is the gringo/expat weekly meeting at the Tuesday Market or somewhere else? Is there an online calendar of expat activities with contact info and meeting places for activities like hiking, birding, lunches, etc? Thanks so much!
