Using M2 in Panama

I am interested in using M2 to construct a house in Puerto Armuelles beach front. I have purchased and used M2 before, but while using metal posts at corners. In researching online, I know that the metal supports are not necessary and the whole house including can be built using only M2. This is a big advantage beachside as corrosion is such a huge consideration in this location.

M2 flooring panels are also made for use between the 1st and 2d floor. There are also M2 stair forms. I would like to find a source to obtain these items and experiences folks have had building this way.
