Hello. I am sorry if I may be touching on a sensitive subject, but our doctor is recommending that my wife and I take antimalarials during a month scouting trip to Boquete this spring. I have tried to research this matter online but what I find is confusing and conflicting. Do expats there generally take antimalarials? Is malaria even a concern there? Any insights would be appreciated.
