Sponsoring my Elderly Mother to Live with Us in Boquete Panama

My partner will be applying for a Pensionado visa and will sponsor me as an accompanying spouse. However, we have my mother coming to live with us for the remainder of her natural life. She is 82 years old and in good health. How can we sponsor my mother and is this very expensive or even doable? She has nowhere else to go and cannot live in our country of origin by herself since it is too dangerous. I would love to hear for anyone who has some insight into this.
