Condo in Salinas

My wife and I bought a second condo in Salinas on the beach in Chipipe. My wife grew up in Ecuador and had fond memories of Chipipe so that is the reason for the move from the san Lorenzo part of the beach in Salinas to the Chipipe beach in Salinas.

So now we have our “old condo” that we bought in 2011 and remodeled for sale or rent. The condo is on the 6th floor overlooking the Pacific with direct ocean views and is 4 bedrooms and has over 1400 sq feet.
