Hi Expat Homeowners in Mexico,
I am planning to move to Mexico Nov-Dec 2023. As I stated in my intro I have lived in Mexico for several yeast about 20 years ago and loved it but had to return due to divorce stuff. Now, am super ready to return and looking forward to finding the right location as I have researched expat areas etc and love the idea of PV plus towns higher and closer to Sierra Madre.
I have owned homes before as well as flipped homes etc and had a real estate license with focus on higher end or luxury homes. Can help homeowners in Mexico also help in selling their home if they want. Staging and updating can do as part of my skill sets. I do speak a bit of Spanish so can handle subcontractors for labor.
My interest is to have a house sitting situation when I get to Mexico in Nov-Dec 2023 or even Jan 2024. I am single, semi-retired and a recent digital nomad.
I am super clean and organized so your place will be kept super clean and organized as you leave it. After selling everything here in US I will only have my clothes and toiletries so no worries there. I will have my car with me in Mexico.
