I am having a heck of a problem with getting my Italika motoneta "registered" and get plates for it.
When I bought the moto I was provided with the factura. However, I have been told that to register it and get plates that I need a "Title" for it. I have gone round and round with Italika via text messaging asking them for the Title but they repeatedly respond that the only document of ownership that they supply is the Factura.
Can anyone confirm or explain if manufacturers are not required to supply the buyers of their vehicles with a Vehicle Title? Do motorcycles not get issued a Title? If they do and the manufacturer isn't required to provide the Title, how does one get the title document for the moto? Thank you,
