Hello! Specific medical question re potential relocating

My husband and 16 yr old son are on biologic medications (shots) for autoimmune diseases. Is there access through pharmacies in Playa del Carmen or Cancun? Or would we need to arrange for international mailings? (they are both on a shot every 8 weeks.) Our current plan is living in Mexico 9 months a year, so 2 of the 6 shots a year could be procured stateside.

If it matters, the biologic drugs are Tremfya and Stelara.
