We have been considering a move to Puerto Vallarta for a year or so now. I am curious if things are changing down there with the current administration in the White House. I am beginning to hear that the Mexicans are frowning on Americans coming to live there now but don't know if it's true or not. Who could blame them. Can anyone tell me if they are still welcoming Americans or are beginning to dislike them being there?
