I am planning on moving to Rosarito in about 2 months. I have poor circulation in my legs (I'm 75) and this caused a large wound to form on my left calf. Doctors are cleaning which is basically wiping down with gauze and saline solution and then wraping it up with pads rolled gauze, and adhesive bandage. This needs to be done twice a week and I do a lousy job of it. Does anyone know where I might find a nurse that would come to my house and change it for me at a reasonable price? I am going to be living close to Puerto Nuevo just off the main road. Any help or other ideas like a local clinic or Drs. office. Thanks in advance,
